Wy’East Vineyards

Wy’East Vineyards is located about an hour outside of Portland in Hood River, Oregon, and has about 30 acres of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay vines. This vineyard is kid and dog-friendly and gets great reviews on TripAdvisor. 

Wy’East has a tasting room, an outside patio and a wine club that is free to join. Joining the wine club gets you 20% off all purchases, complementary tastings, and several other perks. 

There’s a $15 tasting fee but it will be waived with the purchase of a bottle of wine. The tasting includes 5-6 of their incredible wines.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Dog & kid-friendly
  • No restrooms inside, but there is a portable toilet on-site
  • No meal options, but you can order a charcuterie board
  • The name Wy’East comes from the Native American word, Mt. Hood
